For standard electrical work like rewires, extensions, remodelling, EV Car chargers, Solar PV and BESS Battery storage systems, normal CCTV security and fire alarm maintenance etc. I will, like most commercial grade electricians, happily travel a radius of around 2 hours from the Wakefield area. 

These local areas I often travel to for half-day type jobs include areas from South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire including Leeds, Harrogate, Huddersfield, Dewsbury, Morley, Wakefield, Heckmondwike, Cleckheaton, Barnsley.

For one day or longer jobs I travel further to areas in Derbyshire and North Yorkshire including Matlock, Bakewell, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster,  York, Thirsk, Malton, Pickering.

I have configured most of the complex sites I work on (including advanced and fibre-optic computer networking, large-site CCTV and intruder alarms etc.) such that almost all maintenance can be done remotely. I use the latest advanced technology to enable this. However, on the rare occasion that site visits are necessary, once the installation phase has been completed, I am happy to visit such distant complex sites as this is rarely necessary due to the high standards of thorough design and quality components that I work with.
